RESALE CERTIFICATE

If you are planning to sell your home and you need a resale certificate, your request in writing and must be accompanied by the required payment of $75.00.  Payment should be made out to

"Bexar Community Management & consulting, Inc.". 

Your Realtor will have the appropriate form to request a resale certificate.

State law permits a buyer to request a resale certificate be provided by a seller.  It is a full disclosure of the Association legal documents showing property owner rights and obligations, financial reports, and other business affairs of the Association

Please remember that management has ten (10) days to prepare a resale certificate after a formal request and payment is received.  To request a resale certificate please contact:
